  Due to the handmade and limited nature of our items we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Exceptions
  Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.
    In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

• Condition Requirements
  Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items showing signs of wear or use cannot be refunded.

• Refunds
  Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we confirm your return.

• Customer Responsibility

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost return packages.
